Maths Anxiety findings widely reported

Researchers Dr Dénes Szűcs and Amy Devine from the CNE, together with researchers from the University of Oxford, have shown that girls are more likely to suffer from “mathematics anxiety” – holding them back in tests. An article published on 9th July in The Telegraph reports on these findings. Their paper can be found in the journal Behavioral and Brain Functions 2012, 8:33.
