Information for Researchers & PhD students

The University's Researcher Development Programme (RDP) provides many training and development opportunities to research staff. Information and booking details for workshops and events can be found on the University's Training Booking System, categorised according to a number of 'themes' or 'programmes'.

In 2013 the University established the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPdA) as the lead organisation relating to the postdoctoral community. In addition to the RDP, there are also dedicated programmes for postdocs through the Careers Service. The community of Cambridge postdocs contributes actively to a rich environment of support, through the Postdocs of Cambridge Society (PdOC) and other postdoc-led organisations.
